North Star Equipment Services has a fleet of forklifts that have tremendous heavy lift capability. Ranging from 15,000 to 97,000 pounds these forklifts are often seen working ships and barges. We own several short mast heavy lift forklifts, affectionately called Stubby’s that have over 55,000 pounds of capability and are easily transported to jobsite around the state. As an inexpensive option to large loaders with forks these forklifts are seen flaking out steel, handling containers, moving equipment, among many other tasks.
